DNV approves LNG-fuelled LCO2 carrier

DNV has awarded a general approval for ship application certificate to Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd, MISC Berhad, PETRONAS CCS Ventures Sdn. Bhd., and Shanghai Merchant Ship Design and Research Institute, for a jointly-developed 62 000 m3 liquid carbon dioxide carrier design.
