Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. have announced that on 1 December 2017 the closing of the transfer of the remaining 49% ownership interest in Höegh LNG Colombia Holding Ltd., the sole owner of the entities that own and operate the FSRU Höegh Grace, to Höegh LNG Partners LP.
The transfer agreement was announced in mid-November was expected to be completed by the beginning of January 2018 (subject to customary closing conditions).
The partnership had previously purchased its initial 51% interest in Grace Holding in January 2017.
